E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, which is provided with all our cloud hosting plans, will help you forward any e-mail address in the account to a second one with ease. You can do this either during the creation of a new email address or at any time later on in case you choose that you'll need this function. During the process, you will be able to consider if you need a copy of the emails to be kept on the server. In this way, you'll have a backup and you'll prevent the possibility to lose an email if the forwarding is to an exterior address, that's briefly inaccessible. This option can be enabled and disabled any time, but if you use emails for critical matters, it is far better to use it, because no records of the e-mails will be maintained on the server if the option is not enabled. If you determine that you don't need forwarding any longer, it will take just a click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address hosted in our system will be very uncomplicated in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and it will not take you more than a few mouse clicks to create. You can do this from the Emails part of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to check the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where the messages will be sent with a glance. The option is enabled and disabled for each of the mailboxes in your account. You can also enable or disable a helpful option that we provide - a copy of the e-mails being sent through our servers can remain on the server. In this way, you will also have a backup copy of your incoming e-mails and you'll not have to worry about loss of any info. If you have this feature disabled, you risk losing emails if there is a problem with the remote mailbox.
